  • Deep tissue massage »

    A deep tissue is recommended to those that are possibly experiencing chronic tightness and would benefit from the deeper layers manipulated in such a way that the muscle fibres can be broken down and straightening out so that pain relief is gained.

  • Remedial massage »

    Remedial massage is a type of treatment modality that aims to manipulate the soft tissues for a specific therapeutic effect instead of a holistic overall therapeutic effect.
